[Compatibility Request]: Config file getting changed forcefully with each launch, only happens with EndlessIDs and not NEID

As a workaround, you can disable Biome ID extension in the endlessids config while i diagnose this. It doesn't happen with NEID because NEID doesn't extend biome IDs.
