Just revert the other one tbh. It was kinda an interesting idea but animals getting diseases hasn't really added much.

there's some really weird contrasting hue stuff on the gloves. The base color is tinted slightly blue but the detailing is a straight neutral gray and it looks kinda strange...

This doesnt really match the theme or other syndicate items. This is by all intents and purposes a wizard item and i dont really think it fits in the uplink....

I agree with mirror that it should just re-use the existing multiline edit for the announcement text. That's already how people tend to use it currently: sending an announcement conventionally...
