Can you try the debug console of your browser? Right-click, then `Inspect`, and see the `Console`.  Also keep in mind loading YouTube videos is currently not supported on non-web...
In general loading platform views, especially web elements (it uses ``) on the Flutter web app is not ideal and has performance and stability issues. Have some bugs as well....

I have extracted some parts of this PR into [release/v11](https://github.com/singerdmx/flutter-quill/commits/release/v11/). Closing this PR as I don't see it as a good time investment.

Sure, but the issue can be either from the editor itself or from the HTML we're copying, which can be platfrom dependent and different based on the app, operating system....
