@SpicyBagpipes could to do separate % settings for players and AI? `docs/wiki/feature/hitreactions.md` will have to be updated if gun hits don't function anymore.
Switching the type of restraint is an interesting option and could be added here. I think breaking out of things, if desired, should be a separate PR.
