This will be great for missions set in the 80s and 90s

Making a new item will require everyone to update any custom loadouts they have. I'd prefer the existing surgical kit became multi use when consumable.

It's possible other tags may or may not work, I haven't tested `` or `` yet. `` does work correctly, as shown in the repo steps.
