Split the list of items that'll be implemented in Settings into proper groups, like a hybrid of the Windows 10 Settings app but with Metro.

Avalonia's ScrollViewer has ScrollToHome() and ScrollToEnd() which would be useful for pressing Back on the Start screen and when adding a tile, respectively. (See comment; QML has something similar I think.)

The title is outdated, but the comment still applies. I still have to implement the home/Start button grabbing to stay on the current tile area.

Add a "Behavior on contentY" for the tiles area Flickable so that the scrolling animates when going to the bottom to pin a tile and going back to the top with Back or Start. (See comment on needing to use the function to go to the bottom; maybe this won't be as needed? But we should check if it's being scrolled programatically.)

I also need to use the function that makes it go to the end instead of setting contentY when pinning a tile.
