Avalonia's ScrollViewer has ScrollToHome() and ScrollToEnd() which would be useful for pressing Back on the Start screen and when adding a tile, respectively. (See comment; QML has something similar I think.)
Pressing either the Back button or the Windows button on the Start screen will take you to the top, as will pressing the Windows key no matter where you are. Adding a tile scrolls you down to show the tile being added.
The title is outdated, but the comment still applies. I still have to implement the home/Start button grabbing to stay on the current tile area.
