Add a third Pivot to the Settings app that's specifically for searching and search results.

This way people can have the same long, unfiltered list without searching for anything, and they can go to the search area for searching.

This won't be very useful with proper groups as I'm planning on implementing in #120.

Wait, I think this could still be implemented if someone doesn't want to have the appbar in the Settings app. It would have to be one of the options for how the Settings app appears. What's interesting is that even the "classic"-style Settings app layout would get an update.
