We have no more need in manual 'Restart type providers' action since we are able to restart type providers via project reloading.

Thanks for the report! It looks like it's about FSharp.Compiler.Service, which provides error information to the IDE. I've created another [issue](https://github.com/dotnet/fsharp/issues/11677) on their repo.

@auduchinok, I didn't find any related issue, so I created [a new one](https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/RIDER-81571/Formatting-a-large-file-causes-the-cursor-to-scroll-to-the-end)

I cannot reproduce it in Rider 2023.1, 'Reformat and Cleanup Code' for multiple files works as expected. @josh-degraw, If you happen to see this again, please let us know.
