the limit is defined in the config. I believe currently it's set to 128 blocks but you can adjust it to be anything you want.

you can't use the dawnstone anvil to enchant items. however deliberate this choice was when the block was initially added, i think it should remain that way since enchanting items...

these are all netherquartz crops from mystical agriculture and embers isn't mentioned anywhere in the stacktrace so i don't know how i can help
