Update Codex Documentation/JEI Support

It'd probably be a good idea to update or add entries to the book regarding some of the new features, as well as including some extra JEI support. This would include:

• Caminite Valve
• Geologic Separator (JEI Support would be good for this one, showing what ores get what bonuses)
• Metal Crystal Levelling
• Page on the new ores so to include nickel, tin etc.

As a side note, I'd also make sure that the little question mark on the contents page of the codex is highlighted somehow (make it glow, make it flicker, something with motion to draw a player's attention to it), so to make sure that people look at it before they move on to the various subcategories. They might be confused as to why the book is so empty otherwise, not knowing that they can unlock new entries.
