after the new files are synced above the mirrors you still need to reboot redis + mirrorbits that the new files are found do I need to cron those things...

It works at production servers so I can not test here anything easily. I have a script that works but has no switches included - a bit ugly but works....

problem still exist at 3.4.0

 this is 3.8.7 at windows, still the same problem basically translations are completly broken even they exist at the repository for example "Server list" from the screenshot https://github.com/RocketChat/Rocket.Chat.Electron/blob/master/src/i18n/de-DE.i18n.json#L113

Looks more like a electron libnotify issue. No obvious issue at the electron issue tracker though.

Same for me, 1.5.1 at Win10 works, 1.5.2 and 1.5.3 does not work. This is not just if you screwed up the monitor alignment, also if you mix different Monitor...
