You can open the CreativeCore jar file and delete the `net` folder. There is no other way to solve this issue because CreativeCore and Forgified Fabric API do the same...
Actually the newest version of CreativeCore should work with this mod.

Does this issue still appear in the newest version of Embeddium and LittleTiles? If yes can you send me your test world?
Sorry for responding that late. I have downloaded your test world and tried it in 1.21.1 using Embeddium 1.0.11 and there is no lag spike. Can you still reproduce it...
