I'm not too sure. I've never gotten into the specifics of how HDF5 works. On one hand, you could just ignore this problem. After all, jHDF is only a reader...
`vcell.org` cert now has proper trust chain; this should remove some exception, and may help with this issue.

Was able to reproduce bug above in a different, smaller model. Bug also occurs for .mov export in the exact same fashion.
Problem lies in DataViewer; issue is to complicated to finish before release.
Smart copy and paste has issues with copying and pasting multiple reactions with common species. Currently, all species in both reactions are given individual names, zero mapping of common species.

While we can't import zeiss (and more) formats, but otherwise we're able to import a subset of images. We simply can't safely navigate around GPL licenses.
