Issues with Gif export from VCell

NB: Affects collaboration with SASCO (Janes Lab)

When exporting multiple gifs of spatial results, the first one exports fine, but the remaining appear to have bugs that produce wildly incorrect exports compared to what the spatial data viewer produced.

Was able to reproduce bug above in a different, smaller model. Bug also occurs for .mov export in the exact same fashion.

This may be related to the bug I reported as well, that I related to the "at all times" scale selection. See Issue #898.

Problem lies in DataViewer; issue is to complicated to finish before release.
