There is a bit of an ontological problem with some of these part_of relationships, but a proper solution is complicated, so we can leave them for now (probably several years!)
I have split the terms to keep out into a new ticket - #1882 and also split out embryonic optic lobe merges to new ticket - #1881 Remaining stage terms...

If you __really__ need to use UBERON __right now__, you probably need to go up to 'anatomical structure'. Though it would be better to get a uni/multi-cellular-agnostic 'whole organism' term...
Also about the usefulness of stars, as the main editor of the Flybase ontologies (FBbt, FBcv, FBdv, dpo) for nearly 7 years I did not have any of them starred...
Many of the new types are not mapped to EM - maybe wait for final version to see if mapping more complete?
