Same issue on Vanced. Patch is working correctly but YT limits the quality back to 480p for some reason.

Yes it still exists.

It is hidden because it causes severe battery drain and heating issues when casting modules are enabled.

Just install the root variant. (exclude microg-support) It should work microg-support patch only works with Vanced MicroG
