Raise Player Limit To 16

Make it possible for 16 players to join a multiplayer game.

Make it possible to host a game without using port forwarding.

Allow the game to continue after the host leaves.

There should be a way to move through the demos more quickly. A way to skip 5% at a time, or a way to drop markers at points of interest.
