Sync Issue Joining Game

Pilots joining the game occasionally show up with mangled names (""), listed as "Unpatched".

IceWolf: It happens to the next person joining a game after a proxied pilot.

@icewolf- Who sees the mangled, unpatched names? Take the following scenario as an example.

1. Roncli hosts the game.
2. Dravis joins the game.
3. Bahamut joins the game, but is proxied to Dravis.
4. Icewolf joins the game.

This is an extremely rare bug. It's happened twice in all the games I've been in, and never to me. I don't know the cause, but suspect it has to do with some perfect storm of packet manglement.
