Some classes can have followers that cast spells with the same name and source as player spells, but aren't actually player spells. (Rexxary hunter ID 220874 and Player 185855)

Warriors have no common spell ID -- Should either add spec-specific GCD Spell IDs, or split class configs up into spec configs.
