Warrior Class Config -- No Common GCD Spell ID

Warriors have no common spell ID -- Should either add spec-specific GCD Spell IDs, or split class configs up into spec configs.

Is it possible to use 61304 for everything instead? I tested it on my druid and it doesn't work, I think this would need a change in the core file somewhere. Kynasha mentioned it on Discord, I'm just adding it here as this is what I found when I looked the spellid up on Wowhead.
