Is it possible to disable the alt key entirely and use Windows' alt insertion functionality?
At the place where the platinum spawned, were there any mobs there before? Did you kill pirates there before? I think this could be related to #2004

This works, but if the bunny is shot far enough, you still get kicked
I'm not sure how recent projectiles work but, I fired a bunny first thing and it still kicked me
