@mavrokefalidis I would create a separate recipe specifically covering the usage of BridgeDb. We have now decided that it is best practice to create each recipe on its own branch.

I believe that this issue will be closed when PR #156 is incorporated into the dev branch.

For now I'd suggest going for the simple option of having something on the card summary.

An option could be that we put a ` *` on the end of the title of recipes that have a notebook. That would then appear in the TOC without...
