Interfaces have been added in f01bc416f720607aa387fc500ba2b6afef7f1c93, 81705fe6d9abbb01a10a5477f026eee993d9acea and 0a4e20f2ba9d07af87767c96df4f51e525667ec1. Local implementations are pending. Will probably be done after I complete the IEntity integration.
Moved to milestone v0.2 I don't think I'll have the time to do this by the end of December.
Since ba5aee662de6f0a081f7698f2a1a2d27db5ae0ec, gentities are now no longer present in `server_t`. This issue will be closed when gentity_t is removed entirely. At the moment, all gentity_t-related code is dead code.
Oh yeah, we're also gonna need a system to "glue" entity classnames with the actual C++ classes. :|

This issue will be closed once Weapon_Test2 is able to fire some projectiles, supports reloading, holstering and drawing, to be 100% sure that it works. Commits that have done stuff...
On second thought, will this really be required? BUREKTech doesn't really do anything Q3 would benefit from.

env_model has been ported.
