Default marker size in the legend is too big for the legend font size. Reducing scaling by half makes it to scale nicely with :legend_font_pointsize

[Feature request] Codeberg support

Currently Registrator does not support [Codeberg](https://codeberg.org), therefore packages hosted there cannot be automatically registered. It would be nice to have it supported. I'm willing to help working on this.
