Issue https://github.com/opensearch-project/alerting/issues/1481 is somewhat related in that it will improve the performance of this feature. We'll want to consider this desired state when adding sample docs for `dedupedAlerts`, and `completedAlerts`.

Reopening as this has not been implemented yet. This would improve the performance of the feature.

For reference, as mentioned in https://github.com/opensearch-project/alerting/issues/1517#issuecomment-2096928443, test `SecureMonitorRestApiIT.test create monitor with an user without index read role` appears to be flaky.

Closing this issue as tests haven't failed for 3 days.
