The failing test in the `acknowledge_alerts_modal.spec.js` is a know flaky test (https://github.com/opensearch-project/alerting-dashboards-plugin/issues/415#issuecomment-2445589660). That test suite passes reliably locally, even after the node 20.x upgrade. Will investigate the flakiness separately.

Transferred this issue to the Alerting plugin folder as alerting owns development and maintenance of Document level monitors.
