Just tried now with `v1.29` and `sui start` worked ok on Windows. Will close this issue now, but feel free to reopen if you're still encountering issues.

This will not be merged so closing.

Sorry for the delay on this. Now `sui start` starts by default all services on `0.0.0.0` and their respective ports. See #18607.

@shio-coder. I see that the consensus related PR has been approved and merged. I assume this is still an important addition to Sui, so what's needed next to move this...

I think @ebmifa fixed this, so we can close this PR.

@kklas, thanks for keeping working on this! What do you think it is left to get this ready to merge?

What kind of snapshots are you thinking of? (need to read the code a bit, I lost a lot of the context over time).
