This either needs volunteers to work on it, or we need guidance on priorities and funding from Red Hat to work on it.

The Linux kernel will not allow mounting of squashfs directly so we need a fuse file system to mount it.
@mtrmac looks like we need to lock the auth.json file while we are updating it.
