Is this the function of an init container? I think there is a special one that continues to run after init is complete.
We've been talking about CONTAINERS_CONF_D or something where all of the normal CONTAINERS_CONF processing would be done, but the value of then environment variable would be processed at the end,...
Why would a user ever disable this? Shouldn't this be on by default?
Man page needs to be updated as well. @edsantiago are we verifying man pages for podman machine?
I agree that containers.conf in the machine section is the proper place for this. I don't think the CLI option is necessary since I don't think people will be changing...
