It seems that clicking 'Run in Private Mode' interrupts the normal initialisation of the extension, and the extension does not attempt to restart the process once it is enabled again....

There isn't an Italian filter included. What you're seeing as Italian is actually due to poor translation.

Currently, we are focused on the mv2 version. We will continue to work on mv3 later. In a month or two. Keep tuned.
