Actual behavior

All groups and filters are disabled.

Expected behavior

At least Ad Blocking group with Base + Mobile filters must be turned on.

It seems that clicking 'Run in Private Mode' interrupts the normal initialisation of the extension, and the extension does not attempt to restart the process once it is enabled again.

Steps to Reproduce (STR):

1. Install the extension on Firefox for Android.
2. Press 'Run in Private Mode.'
3. View the options page.

Actual Behavior: Default filters are disabled.

Expected Behavior: Default filters are enabled.
