App re-register failed

Every time I try to lauch version I get this error

I didn't make a backup, the launcher overwrote my folder and deleted all my worlds, is there any backup folder or anything that I can do?

For some reason it put minecraft in my SYSTEM32 FOLDER

 HOW DOES THIS EVEN HAPPEN??? I was looking through and randomly found these folders, it explains why I can't actually find the folders in the mclauncher folder.
