Cannot download any beta versions (joined Minecraft Windows 10 Beta)

I requested access to Minecraft Windows 10 betas (Xbox Insider Hub) and I still can't download betas u.u "Download failed" [Developer Mode Is On][Enrolled in the Minecraft Beta Program]

I am having the same problem, Dev Mode is on and I am enrolled in the beta program (updating the app from the store now gives me 1.18.10 beta), but MC launcher still gives me this error message:
