我也遇到了同样的卡顿，十分喜欢nested tags这个功能。 不知道作者大大后面的更新会不会解决这个问题。
我试了试把年份拉到第一列也变好了
设置的fields可能出现不可识别的内容，你先清空了，再一个一个加上去

I use this in Zotero. It based on the firefox 115. The head is null
建议下载完毕之后，对比同一个条目下有两个同样的md5值的pdf那么就删除刚才下载的那一个文件。
