Made progress but am blocked by bug in need of fix in the pymoo library. Will revisit later
Reopening as this did not fix the plot_tree inconsistencies
Will address after the first draft implementation in https://github.com/sibyl-dev/sibylapp2/issues/20
Moving this to new milestone to avoid blocking sibyl-api
This may not be possible (or at least, its nontrivial) with the way Python handles references. But leaving this here for now for deeper consideration.
