Hmmm, haven't seen that error before. How large are the files you are trying to process? What OS are you using? I'll try to install using their methods to see...

Also, while I try to see if I can reproduce etc, I recommend possibly opening on issue on their issue tracker as well. Maybe someone else has experienced the issue...
