Replaced UglifyJS with Terser + updated .nvmrc to lts

Closes #413 README already mentions that you should use the latest LTS, that is why I updated .nvmrc. Also, Terser requires minimally v10.13.

Replace UglifyJS webpack plugin with Terser

I'm getting a security vulnerability on [uglifyjs-webpack-plugin](https://github.com/webpack-contrib/uglifyjs-webpack-plugin) package. It has been deprecated and it is advised to use the [Terser plugin](https://github.com/webpack-contrib/terser-webpack-plugin).
