Replaced UglifyJS with Terser + updated .nvmrc to lts

Closes #413

README already mentions that you should use the latest LTS, that is why I updated .nvmrc. Also, Terser requires minimally v10.13.

I came here to suggest updating the nvmrc 👍🏻

It looks like there's a merge conflict now. That's in part to terser-webpack-plugin being in package-lock.json and yarn.lock
