No need. There are no files that say the middle of 廷 in CN must be 壬, and the change will introduce a lot more CIDs.

Please map the CN version of U+20E6D 𠹭 from CID+59698 (with a hook in the top part of the 哥 component) to CID+59699 (without the hook).

It still does not work, and it seems that Musescore 4 does not support microtonal music at all.
The pitches are rounded to 12edo ones when playing in either way.
