Lower the leftmost component (口) for 啝 (U+555D, CN/HK/TW regions only), and also please look into redesigning the position of the 口 radical for consistency sake

I feel the leftmost component is too high. Please lower it so that it follows the Serif (CN/HK/TW) reference.

And if possible, we may need to find other characters where 口 (as the leftmost radical) is placed too high for the CN/TW/HK regions and rebalance them.
In addition to this, we may need to relook at the position of the 口 component (as the leftmost radical) in general, where in some CN glyphs, it is placed a bit too high compared to the JP glyphs, which I mentioned in #329 that the latter are more well-designed and balanced.

As you can see in this image, the green lines represent the more consistent spacing between the leftmost radical 口 and the topmost part of the character in the JP glyphs, and the red lines represent the narrower spacing in some CN glyphs (it also represents the inconsistency of the position of the 口 radical). At the very least some CN/TW/HK glyphs may need to be adjusted to match the balance of JP glyphs, but it's just too many characters to be listed for review.
But I think the CN versions of the glyphs listed above are better. The 口 compoments in JP ones are too low, and need to adjust to math the CN ones. Although the 口 compoment in 啝 is obviously too high. (BTW I am from China Mainland)
I have a few more characters for which the 口 radical is a bit too high, so adjust them until they match JP proportions (or at least close to it, or somewhere in between).
嘛 (U+561B, CN and TW)
Compare that to JP
囎 (U+56CE, CN), that one is the most obvious
Compare that to JP
囓 (U+56D3, CN and TW), maybe not too obvious, just lower the 口 radical very slightly.
Compare that to JP
Here are some more to adjust, the list is not exhaustive but I will probably not list any more glyphs.
吼 (U+543C, CN, heavy weight only), just lower a bit to match JP if possible.
喩 (U+55A9, TW/HK only), raise the bottom of 口 to match JP
喻 (U+55BB, CN and TW), just slightly lower to match the JP 喩 glyph
嗾 (U+55FE, CN), just slightly lower to match JP if possible.
嚔 (U+5694, CN), lower to match JP if possible
囈 (U+56C8, CN and TW only), lower to match JP if possible
As noted last year, one of the CN users think the JP height of 口 is too low, I suggest finding a compromise between the original JP height and the CN height of 口, and keep it consistent throughout the rest of the characters that use 口 as a left radical.
