Docx deserializer is tightly coupled to Word, we'll probably need a similar strategy for Google Docs.

Thanks for the issue, we didn't test dnd for list items yet (I think it should work for indent lists though).

The latter bug is a slate one so let's track it in slate repo. The former bug is currently happening in the sandbox but not in plate docs.

Is it happening also in sandbox? I'll upgrade @uifabric dependencies
