BeatPort Pro: buttons not showing until one reloads the page

When coming from main beatport pro page, the freshly displayed release doesn't have buttons. Workaround: just reload the page.

It would be convenient if the player could submit listens to [ListenBrainz](https://listenbrainz.org/). API is documented at https://listenbrainz.readthedocs.io

It changed recently it seems, but it breaks artist's link (to MusicBrainz). Example: https://karenandthesorrows.bandcamp.com/album/why-do-we-want-what-we-want  `url?resource=` queries (which are looking for release and artist in database) do not work anymore,...

Use absolute URLs in @require statements
