I filed this feature request for the autosubmit bot in response to these flakes: https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/126556. This would allow the autorollers to keep moving while we triage the flakes out-of-band.
Sorry, I assumed this was infra-related because the tests are looking in `/home/chrome-bot/.android/debug.keystore`, which the name would imply is an infra managed file system location?
