3112 is an engine crash that I split off into https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/122207. The rest are still Observatory discovery timeouts.
Closing because the test in the issue title has been deleted, and the same problem is documented as hitting tests that are still live as in https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/120808#issuecomment-1480023433.
