'dyups_upstream_down_host' is the deleted upstream in the dyups module. but it still can be list by 'ngx.upstream.get_upstreams' in lua.
"/detail" response do not contain the other content except ip and port.

可以通过 Lua 写入共享内存，或者本地 Agent 客户端生成配置文件覆盖到 Tengine 的 upstream配置里。
