It's probably a mistake. Are you referring to the changes in #1720?

@andreasabel Ben is not a maintainer of https://hackage.haskell.org/package/test-framework-quickcheck2 , which is also in this package. So many it would be better to use the '[takeover process](https://wiki.haskell.org/Taking_over_a_package)'.
I think this can be closed now that #304 is merged
I think this looks good but there are a couple of conflicts.
Fixed in #1437. Note that it hasn't been deployed to the public Hackage yet.
