Workaround seems to be to shut down keybase and do `sudo umount /keybase`. Alternatively, I suppose I could upgrade the package in recovery mode, which also wouldn't have keybase started.
What does "releasing a new version actually worked" mean? Did we address this with #1168? Not clear what needs to be done for this.

Is this issue resolved with [HLS 2.10.0.0](https://github.com/haskell/haskell-language-server/releases/tag/2.10.0.0)? Or should it be kept open since people might somehow still want to use HLS 2.9?
