出现错误的时候，globalspeed的扩展选项也无法打开 
我禁用了浏览器其他所有的扩展，只保留了globalspeed进行测试，打开了10次，只有两次能打开globalspeed的扩展选项，只有当扩展选项能打开的时候调速才能生效
