错误，视频调速失效

使用的是edge浏览器，不知道是什么原因，视频调速失效了，有时候重启浏览器能恢复，过段时间又不能使用了

出现错误的时候，globalspeed的扩展选项也无法打开

我禁用了浏览器其他所有的扩展，只保留了globalspeed进行测试，打开了10次，只有两次能打开globalspeed的扩展选项，只有当扩展选项能打开的时候调速才能生效

1. Right click on the Options page and click 'Inspect'.
2. Go to console tab.

After reinstalling Global Speed, the same issue still occurred. Below is a screenshot of the console information. Is it helpful for troubleshooting the problem? Do I need to cooperate with anything else?

不一定失效。失效时，关闭网页后重新打开网页能恢复。F5无法恢复，必须关闭网页。
